The Work Immersion Training undertaken at CASURECO III in San Isidro, Iriga

City is a nice experience for a student like me. This is the place wherein we can learn a

lot of things especially about working. Our Internship become reality because of the help

of many people who support and guide us during our work immersion training.

INTRODUCTION

On the Job Training (OJT) are part of K-12 Curriculum that aims to train and

orient students about the work. One way that we students are given an opportunity to

apply our skills that we have learned from school. It is appropriate for developing

proficiency skills to an employee’s job especially jobs that are relatively easy to learn

and require locally owned equipment and facilities.

On the Job training is very important because it teach us to learn new things and

reality about working. OJT experience is also important when applying a job because

the employers will asked you about OJT experience and how it is related on the job that

you are applying for.

For us students on the job training program provides opportunities to go through the

actual methodologies of a specific job. In fact Employers teach us to be patience,

develop our teaching skills and make us more sensitive to the needs and mind set of

the younger generation.

Most of the students taken their OJT for granted because they don’t realize the

importance of it that can bring on their future. OJT is important especially on a tight

competition towards job seekers and the high qualification companies.
