PERT ANALYSIS
For doing any project sufficient amount of planning is required, The PERT (Project
Evaluation Review Technique) is a method used by the project planner for estimating the shortest possible time,
i.e. most optimistic time. Each activity will take (the most likely length of time), and the longest time (most
pessimistic time) that might be taken if the activity takes longer than expected
