In a separate bowl mix crushed cornflakes and mixed herbs Take the chicken wings , piece by piece from the marinade , into the flour , dust them thoroughly From the flour take the wingz into the egg mixture , and from the eggs add them into the cornflakes Deep fry to a light golden brown colour ©chefshurah@gmail.com®™ Kitchen hacks Since the chicken is raw, the oil doesn't need to be too hot so that the chicken is cooked through before browning Too scared to deep-fry raw meat, after marinating , flash the chicken ina preheated oven (200°c ) for 4 to 5 mins let it cool a bit then proceed to crumbing Substitute wingz with de-boned chicken breast cut into strips. This meat is tender hence just add it straight to the hot oil When crumbing, to avoid soggy crumbs, use one hand / tonges in the eggs, milk mixture then another in the crumbs mixture and always add the chicken pieces one after the other ©chefshurah@gmail.com®™ @\SHip
