The Kerala High Court while hearing the plea of a 77 year old husband, ruled that DNA
Test can’t be used as a shortcut to establish evidence of Infidelity, which happened
decades ago.
The man had filed a plea after the wife confided that the three children belonging to
them are not out of their wedlock.
The Madras High Court observed that Employees Provident Fund Act is an welfare act
