Dear Blowers,

The one thing that I have always maintained is that this society of friends will always be transparent
and open, so to bring you fully up to date with events and actions, please read the following.

The aim of this Order is to bring together people in a happy environment and do a little good for
their local communities. So, to this end we decided to form a charity organization.

Forming a charity from scratch is not an easy process and requires a fair amount of behind-the-
scenes work, registering for compliances and types of entity. This is a process that takes a little time.
Research and applying for registrations, receiving legal advice from a number of sources and
different countries is fairly time consuming and I’m happy to say that we are getting closer.

To give us a base of credibility, the Grand Vat and Senior Advisors have settled on a way we hope to
make everyone feel secure that this is not some scam, MLM or other less than honest endeavor!

As of 1st September, Grand Vat officers will confirm their commitment to the Order by becoming
financial members. By doing this we are forming, what for the want of a better phrase, a
“management group” rather than just an individual driving the project. Those Grand Vat officers will
then have a vested interest in the development of the charity order. These officers are well
experienced in the workings and development of charities and membership organisations and not
just some guys off the street!

To prove legitimacy the following documents I have made available.

The stages of registering a charity firstly involve the setting up of a business entity which the above
documents show. The business activity classification comes under “Charity Service”. This is the first
step in moving towards charity status in Australia where the next stage is to take on a legal structure
for the Order for which we are taking advice.

I have redacted my home address for the purpose of showing the document. I am happy to share it
with you personally if anyone wishes to know it.

I hope this goes some way as to showing you that the Order and our commitment in becoming a
charity is legitimate. The GAOFB is a work in progress and as most of you will know, through your
own endeavours, that things sometimes can be delayed.

Presently we are at ground zero. We have no property, goods or stock. All items we have to produce
and give comes from the initial membership fee. The membership packs, insignia and membership
cards are all ready waiting for the green light to start production with an expedited delivery from
experienced and qualified suppliers.

Due to the huge amount of interest, we have decided to roll out the membership in a structured and
gradual way. This extra time will also give us the opportunity to register the charity in other
countries which we know has been of some concern.
Firstly, the Grand Vat Officers will take financial membership in the next few days.

Secondly, we will ask all Vat Officers to take financial membership within circa the two weeks
following to lay their Vats.

Thirdly, we will then invite provisional members to take financial membership and be initiated soon
afterwards. We can the begin to ship member packs within a few days.

We anticipate that to do this in a correct manner will take a couple of months overall.

All we can ask is your paitience and understanding that this is a brand new venture! I could have
personally paid up front for all packs and insignia items but that would have put the fledgling charity
in a different and potentially difficult business position at its start. My belief is that the Order should
propagate itself, drawing on the membership funds to pay for the initial costings with the remainder
going to the charity main fund when we achieve charity status. I would, as I’m sure you also, like to
see us begin on the right foot, in the correct manner rather than a half-baked approach.

Nobody told me this would be easy and 3 years of hard work are now coming to fruition.

Again, because of the volume of interest, we have had to make some revision to our start up.

The original plan to open all membership from day one has now moved to a structured start as
stated earlier. We feel that this is in the best interests of the Order and for those with any concerns
to demonstrate that we mean business and are open in all situations that come before us. This is
one of those times.

Our belief is, that with the Grand Vat Officers in place and comfortable (please also remember that
all of us are volunteers in this), they can then support the Vats in their development and answer any
concerns. The Grand Vat Officers can then assist with the laying of the Vats in a more organised way
fully supporting each one in their recognition and development. The Vat Officers can then start to
organise their memberships and begin the reason we are here: blowing for a good cause.

As a result, we have also again extended the founder member status until the end of the year so
anyone who joins the order in 2020 is a founder.

All I can do is ask for your continuing support and good humour while we wade through red tape and
setting things up correctly. It also takes more time during Covid! If you have any experience in this
field and would like to help please make yourself known you will be made most welcome.
