Forms are used in various institutions such as schools,
banks, hospitals, companies, etc. Forms are filled out in
either in single, duplicate or triplicate copies (depending on
the requirement set by the institutions). E-forms like Google
Forms are widely used nowadays as these can be filled out if
you are online. You will need to have internet connection to
answer one.
 It is important to always give the correct information
at all times. Knowledge in filling up of forms is
something that can be useful for you even outside the
four walls of the classroom. It is something that you
need to do every time you enter offices, schools, banks
and other premises.
