Errata

Background and Reasons for Changes

The Nimble CS and AF series has been updated along with Nimble’s ES2 expansion shelf. Due to Nimble’s
product refresh and all products have been renamed. Most features and functions are the same as before,
except for chassis size changes to some and upgrades to specifications. The Nimble product changes will not
affect the necessary competencies needed for you to do your job, and thus will not minimally effect the
certification and the corresponding exam. Be sure to focus on the new product names, specifications, and value
proposition.

Global Changes

1. Every reference to CS or CS-Series needs to be replaced by HF or HF-Series.

2. All part numbers must be updated to the following:

Content Changes

1. Entire paragraph on PG 249 needs to be updated to reflect HF product line.

2. All of Page 250, 251, 252,254,255, 260, 261, 263 needs to be changed.
The new expansion shelf is named ES3. The cabling diagram is accurate except for the naming of
ES2. All other content on the listed pages are accurate but the model numbers are have been
changed. The corresponding CS-Series part numbers have been replaced by the following,
HFC20C, HF20H, HF20, HF40 & HF60. CS Drive layouts and CS “half pops” have been replaced
with the new HF naming convention.
