Distance Nursing or telemedicine applications are spreading its popularity in

a huge amount. But still patients as well as doctors cannot fully trust on these
applications. Most common problem is these applications are not user friendly
and do not actually meet up the need of both side users.
For the development of these telemedicine applications, we want to follow the
“Experiment” method to conclude the research. First, we want to take a hy-
pothesis and then we want to reach a conclusion experimenting those data.

1 Tele-Radiology

The first problem comes with the applications sometimes minor medical
tests are needed for the diagnosis of the problem. Due to lack of these advanced
features some patients don’t get enough diagnosis. Some advanced Artificial
Intelligence features can solve this problem.

Another problem of these applications is lack of self-training features. Most of

the time people can’t reach to the doctor due to shortness of number of doctors.
So patients don’t get instant services due to long queue of patients. In this
case, self-analysis of data can reduce patients waiting and can solve the instant
problems. We can add data analysis automated features so that the system can
give analytical results during the doctors are busy with another patients.
So, We want to develop a upgraded application model where the existing fea-
tures will be upgraded, Some advanced artificial intelligence will be added like
tele radiology and other features so that less complex features are being solved
and the system will be self-trained by analysing the previous collected data us-
ing data analysis algorithms.

3 Optimizing Connection:

Another major problem of web based heath monitoring is poor internet connec-
tion and under powered devices. Slower internet or poor internet connection
may decrease the image quality, increase packet loss, drop audio quality of the
video call .Which will make trouble in the meeting between doctors and patients
when video call encroach the bandwidth limits.
So, in terms of this condition there will be some available option to change reso-
lution settings according to the internet speed. If the internet connection is too
much poor and the device is powerless then to optimize the video quality there
will some additional option to switch to different topologies like P2P, SFU, and
MCU. Which is are changeable according to bandwidth and device configura-
tion.

4 Multi-lingual

Lastly language is important in terms of communication. It is more important

when it is about communication between people from different countries or
region. It may be hard for some of the patient to communicate in English
and describe their actual problem to the doctors. So this system will have
multi lingual option will be available in the system which will convert the given
language into preferred language. As well as a new language can be added to
the system by uploading the new language to the system.
