RESOLUTION NO. 01, S. 2020

A RESOLUTION FOR THE MONTHLY CASH DONATION

OF PARENTS FOR THE REVENUE OF TEACHERS
DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR 2020 – 2021

WHEREAS, few pupils had enrolled for school year 2020 – 2021, so the expected income from
them will not be sufficient for the teachers’ salaries and monthly operating
expenses of the school;

WHEREAS, there will be negative cash donations from the Filipino-Chinese Community, who
uasually help the school’s expenses due to the economic crisis caused by the
Covid-19 pandemic;

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees plan for the temporay closure of the school for school year
2020 – 2021;

WHEREAS, the parents had expressed their sentiments regarding this matter for they were not
convinced of this solution;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion presented by Mrs. Genilyn Moscoso, duly seconded by Mrs.
Catherine Lee Lim and Mrs. Anabel B. Batis;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the parents agreed to donate ₱500.00

( five hundred pesos ) monthly per pupil augment for the revenue/salaries of
teacher for school year 2020 – 2021;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Board of Trustees,
School Management, Teacher and members of PTCA.
