    Problem:

    TFT & PCI HR boards were too complicated to adjust.

    Solution:

    New generation of exposure PCBs will be implemented from machine 1711 and over.
    The main improvements are the field adjustment and better compensation of pixels.

    Composition:

    - Cicclone PCB to replace PCI HR PCB inside the computer.

    - LVDS Cable: SCSI link cable between Cicclone and Ravage PCB.

    - Ravage PCB to replace TFT PCB.

    The main difference between these two configurations is that the new system is
    sending numeric information to the LCD PCB (Ravage) while it was Analog on the
    former system.

    The data restitution is cleaner.

    How does it work?

    On the Ravage PCB, we have replaced all potentiometers adjustments of the TFT by
    an auto set up technology based on an INI file called Ravage.ini.
    This ini file corresponds to tensions applied on the Ravage board.

    We need one Ravage.ini file and one PRNU file to expose images correctly.

    The PRNU is used for the homogeneity.

    The Ravage.ini file set the goods values of tensions required to expose images
    (instead of the potentiometers on the former system).

    If one of two PCB is defective, we have to replace it and from a base of ravage.ini
    file, we have to define new value with the maintenance software.
