CheckList Name TRSCSSV, Xmas Tree & Wellhead PM – 6 Monthly

Seq No Job Task Description

1 Prepare all tool and material prior to perform wellhead valve CDFT.
2 Inform EBA CCR prior to shut in any flowing wells.
3 Conduct visual inspection and record any anomalies such as excessive
corrosion, small leak, component external damage and availability of
gauges, handles, needle valve etc. and record in CDFT test form.
4 Record all well data such as PCP, SCP, CCP, FTHP, FTHT and flowlines
temperature prior to shut in well.
5 Record hold open control line pressure for TRSCSSV and hydraulic control
line volume required to hold open.
6 Shut in gas lift supply to production casing.
7 Shut in Wing Valve and Choke Valve at wellhead and wait well pressure to
stabilize. Record the number of turns to close.
8 Record reading on PCP, SCP, CCP, SITHP, SITHT and SCSSV Control
Line pressure.
9 Shut in CV, LMV and UMV and SCSSV. Bleed control line pressure, to put
TRSCSSV in closed position
10 Record number of turns to close the Xmas Tree valves in the CDFT test
form. Record the TRSCSSV control line fluid returns (ml) in the CDFT test
form.
11 Record the speed the actuator stem start to move until stem fully down.
12 Check the calibration date of the gauges and record in CDFT test form.
13 De-pressurize downstream section of WV. Record pressure build up for 15
minutes.
14 De-pressurize top section of CV. Record pressure build up for 15 minutes
in the CDFT test form.
15 De-pressurize top section of Upper Master Valve. Record for pressure build
up for 15 minutes in the CDFT test form.
16 Open UMV. De-pressurize top section of Lower Master Valve. Record for
pressure build up for 15 minutes in the CDFT test form
17 Open LMV. Reduce pressure above the flapper below the last recorded
SITHP. (e.g. SITHP prior shut in 3100psi, reduce pressure to 2600psi).
18 Wait for pressure to stabilize.
19 Start recording pressure input inside the CDFT form. Monitor and record
pressure build up above TRSCSSV for 30 minutes in the CDFT test form.
20 Equalize pressure on top of the flapper.
21 Increase pressure on control line to previous hold open pressure and
monitor control line volume required (values to be the same as previous
hydraulic control line volume required to hold open). Monitor for the flow
tube indication movement.
22 Wait until SITHP is similar as initial SITHP recorded.
23 Exercise the PCP, SCP and CCP valve.
24 Perform valve greasing on all wellhead and Xmas Tree valve prior to flow
the well.
25 Inform EBA CCR before flowing the wells.
26 Slowly start flowing the well.
27 Report any abnormalities on the unit to Operation Supervisor.
28 Update CMMS, DMR and submit completed and signed CDFT form to
sapuraomv.completion@sapura-omv.com
