MY MORNING

At 7.15am I was in a deep sleep until I heard my baby crying, it was 7.29am, I

thought please put the dummy back in your mouth and go back to sleep- It’s too

early, but it was too late, my daughter woke up. I heard her as she was entering

my bedroom, I tried to pretend to be asleep but it didn’t work, I heard her

saying “mummy Caleb is awake” so I got up. While I was walking to his bedroom

with my eyes half closed I stood on a toy and hurt my foot, but when I heard

Caleb laughing I forgot the pain, I picked him up and kissed him on his head, he

was very happy to see me, just like every morning. All 3 of us went in to the

living room, I put on Babytv and I changed the language to English, I knew that

like every morning this would keep the children quiet while I was making their

breakfast. I heated Caleb’s milk and gave it to him. I helped my daughter on to

her chair at the table and gave her some cereal. While she was eating she was

singing along with the television, It was very cute!. After I tidied the kitchen and

then I dressed Caleb, Caaliyah wanted to choose her clothes to wear, so we went

into her bedroom and she choose a blue skirt and a pink t-shirt. While the

children were playing with their toys, I was preparing my lesson for Amelie.

At 8.30am I woke up my husband, I took a shower and did my hair and make-

up. While I was hurrying out of the door, I kissed my family and I ran out the

door to my car. At 9.00am I arrived at Les Petits Bilingues. I started to prepare

my work for the day ahead. While I was at work, the phone didn’t stop ringing,

It was Stephanie she was phoning to check everything was ok as it was an open

day. One student signed up today for next year and many people came in and

they asked me questions. At 12.30pm I ate my lunch and at 1.15pm I went to

my car and I drove to La Londe where my student Amelie lives.
