1. PE 1 - FOUNDATION OF PE
Foundation of PE includes History of PE, Motor Behavior, and Psychological
Foundations. This proves that psychology and PE are interrelated because our
mental state affects our physical performance and behavior.
Requirements/Task
- Memory Game about the History of PE
- Reporting about the diff. Topics under Foundations of PE
- Brainstorming about the Relevance of PE to society

2. PE 2 - RHYTHMIC ACTIVITIES
Rhythmic activities improves readiness, relieves distress, and improves self-
confidence. Aligning dance routines to music improves focus and attentiveness.
Following proper posture improves the students’ confidence.

- Rating Classmates’ Performance

3. PE 3 - TEAM SPORTS
Team sports teach students discipline, concentration, and team work. The
training will keep them disciplined and have clarity of mind. They will learn how to
value one’s worth in a game and how to achieve goals as one.

- Classification of Team Players According to Strengths and Weaknesses

4. PE 4 - SWIMMING
Discipline is very important in swimming. Students need self motivation and
practice self-talk to achieve one;s goal in swimming. A clear and healthy mentality is
important in this sport.
