Dear Dr. Villalon:

Undersigned proposes for the development of 3 Systems with the following details:

Scope of the Project

I. Development

The proposed 1-2 systems shall be Client/Server application with one or more terminals
and a server.

 Software development
 Automation of generating student records such as student loads, student
grades/semester, Transcript of Records, and any reports needed for the School,
Teachers, Students, and CHED
 Automation of pupils & students account, cashiering, students balance inquiries,
inventory of collected amount based on date range, auto list for cleared and not
cleared students accounts, and any reports needed by the accounting and
cashiering office.

Online Information System of the school (School Website)

II. Deployment and Testing

 The undersigned will, until final configuration, prepare the cabling of the network
for the deployment and testing of the system at the site specified by RCVMCF.
 Lifetime software maintenance/support and back-ups

Cost of the whole Project

I. The undersigned would like to propose of P6, 500.00 pesos per month for his
honorarium.
II. His honorarium will begin after the installation of the first program while the 2
systems are being developed by the undersigned.
III. The undersigned will continually receive his honorarium (lifetime) as long as the
3 programs are operating and used by the said institution.
IV. Domain Name Registration (www.rcvmcf.net), Web Hosting services, and
website security shall not exceed of P10,000.00 pesos/year.
