GENERAL CIRCULAR NO. 4

To All Presidents of the Member-Associations :

1.) I have the honor to formally announce that the preparations for our 8th
National Convention is finally on the road. Our event will be hosted by the
Pest Control Association of the Visayas (PCAV), Inc. under the
leadership of Pres. Richy Sobrecaray and with the assistance of the
Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Rofil Rey Suico.
The event will be held at the J-Center Mall, Mandaue City, Cebu on
July 25 to 27, 2019. A modestly-priced and comfortable Japanese hotel
(Toyoko Inn) is connected to the Convention site and we recommend that
you book here for convenience sake, especially for those from Luzon and
Mindanao. It has a Water Park (for those coming with their family), and
the mall itself has a shopping store for whatever your needs. They
promote free airport shuttles hourly.
Our third Convention day (July 27th) will be fun-filled day (7:00 am til
1:00pm) where we will have an Island hopping tour with our families, for
those bringing their families with them. There will be optional snorkeling
activities, lunch, beach fun - all rolled in a day.
Please book your air tickets soonest, while the prices are still reasonable.
2. Our 8th NatCon will be handled on a Pre-Registration basis, and a copy of
the Pre-Registration Form is herewith appended for reproduction and
distribution to all members and friends.
3. A Souvenir Program will be produced and the Board has deemed it
necessary to include the Federation’s past Financial Statements in it for
the purpose of transparency. We exhort all to support this Souvenir
Program by advertising your company in it. The souvenir program will be
distributed to LGU’s and partnering government agencies.
