1. A balanced diet in my opinion is “ How much we eat, That’s how much we exercise.”
Example : When one day a person can eat more than a normal person, at least he
exercise more than a normal person.

3. Any vegetables and foods that do not contain excess oil.
4. I reraly eat junk food. I only eat it when i travel.
5. My parents always warned me that i had to eat fruit regulary because i didn’t really like
eating fruit unless it was made of juice.

7. Hi friend. You are on diet. I support your diet. remember this! Don’t eat foods that
countain excess oil. don’t eat junk food often. don’t over eat. don’t eat fast food often.
do not drink lots of sweet. just enough mineral water. don’t drink cold drinks often.
don’t forget to eat vegetables. and don’t forget to take care of your healthy.
