1 Model Application: GL1 (Muse MOR), load duty 1,150kg ~ 1,600kg

2 Purpose
CSB (Belt) can be brushed with bed plate in case of poor installation of
machine. This instruction had been made for the correct installation.

3 Caution: Must use the specified bolt for machine assembly.

4 ‘A’ dimension should be 5mm. (Allowable range: 5~10mm)

(belt) (Standard: 9.5mm)
D Clearance between top rail and CSB 38+(A-7.5)mm
E Clearance between protection of guide roller 10mm
and CSB

6 Install bolt sets (M12X120, 2 points) as following figure.

(Function: Holding bed plate & motor against falling forward)

7 Install bolt sets after applying

Glue (Loctite 243)
 For fixing motor to bed plate

8 Install jack bolts (M16X120, 3 points)

9 Apply Nord-lock washer at below circles, 13 points.
