1. On your own, what are your qualifications for a company to be considered having
a good governance?

A company with good governance should have less Human Resource problem and
should follow the principle of Securities and Exchange Commission. Employees
should not work on their personal agenda but to deliver a good contribution not only
to the company but also to the society. Thus, a good governance company should
embody its core values that will make all stakeholders be in good position.

2. If you will establish you own company, what core values will you have? Why?
If I were to have a company, I will focus on 3 core values of the company. 1.) Quality
2.) Transparency and 3.) Integrity. These 3 core values should go in hand with each
other. It is imperative for a business to have a Quality Service, Transparency in
Financial Reporting and Integrity of Employees from the bottom to the top. I want a
company that will be sincere to their work regardless if for profit or for humanitarian
cause. It is imperative that each of my employees should perform at their best in the
interest of stakeholders and not for personal greed and interest.

3. What is the role of governance to the advocacy against corruption?

Governance is about leading a group of people or community for the best interest of
all concerned citizens. Governance creates rule of law to avoid a person to abuse
and acquire illicit benefit in order to have their personal gain. Good governance
should create awareness the negative impacts of such dishonest action and
imposition of strict and harsh punishment should be made. There is always a
dilemma in doing what is good and what is bad. A good education will help to create
awareness and good ethical behaviour to become part of the on going technological
advancement in our modern world.
