Duties and Responsibilities For GetWell Pharmacy

Personnels

1. PHARMACIST

● Read prescription orders and accordingly dispense medications.


● Provide refills to patients as per physician’s prescriptions.
● Inform patients about medication usages including dosages and
procedures.
● Address patient queries and concerns professionally.
● Monitor inventory status,order stock medications in the pharmacy and
remove outdated drugs on the shelves.
● Recommend Medications for patients and suggest alternative substitutions
when needed.
● Supervise other personnels such as the owner,manager and assistant
manager on a daily basis.
● Maintain records of prescriptions, Senior Citizens and PWDs.

2. OWNER, MANAGER, AND ASSISTANT MANAGER

● Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies.


● Processing sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical
supplies.
● Operating the cash register.
● Maintains records of sales and calculates the revenues.
● Assisting the pharmacist in ordering stock medications in the pharmacy.
● Directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or
medications to the pharmacist.
● Restocking shelves with medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
● Ensuring that work areas are organized and clean.
