no concerns of spread of livestock pathogens (not required for animals covered by the
enforcement regulations (Item 1, Article 35) of the Livestock Epidemic Prevention and
cuments Control Act)
2. Copy of Certificate for Import Permit
(limited to the case wherein import permit was given by the Direct of Animal and
Plant Quarantine Agency)
Specified by the ministerial order (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural
Fees Affairs) in accordance with Item 1, Article 46 of the Livestock Epidemic Prevention
and Control Act
