All the Institute Head are informed to look into the availability of classroom in your
college/Institute and please inform us whether you will be able to engage classes for
sem – IV and VI while GTU exams are to be conducted for Sem – I & II. Kindly inform
undersigned on email id: pa_reg@gtu.edu.in by 23rd December, 2011 12:00 noon.

This information is required so that academic calendar for the next semester can be
reconfirmed.
