Dear Mr Leiva,

The purpose of this message is to start up a theatre club at the “Language Center of Santa
University” and we would really appreciate it if you could allow us to use the “Laboratory I”
room for our rehearsals.

There are two main reasons why we are certain that a theatre club will be useful and popular.

To begin with, improve our knowlege about the English language practicing with classmates of
the whole center; also for the others languages as Quechua, Portuguese, French and so on.

Furthermore, a theatre club could be a great way to relax after all our college or university
classes, a healthy and educational recreation, creating a great comunnity of friends united by
the desire to learn a new language.

Initially, the theatre club would meet once a week, on Sundays; but as the months go by we
can use it more often. It can even be used by students in the Conversation cycles for their
sketches.

We are very aware of the cleanliness of the roomand the equipment.

We would like to assure you that we will be responsible for making sure that nothing is dirty or
damaged.

We hope to receive a reply from you soon and allow us to start the theatre club. We look
