My Autobiography

A goal - digger once said, it is okay to fail bit what isn't okay is to not try. I am Jay Paul
Casinillo 20 years old and was born on October 15, 1999. I was born at Mandaue City and still
residing on it. We are six siblings in the family and with that life wasn't easy. My father was a
driver who earns minimum a day while my mom is a full time housewife. Growing up seeing
how hard it is being on the poverty line, I became a goal-digger and wise. I want to have a
better future so I must strive hards.

At the age of 7 I already help my mom with our family business. Early in the morning I
already clean the house of our swine and give it a shower and afterwards let it eat. That has
been my work until my first year in Senior High School. I grew up working that is why I am used
to be busy always. When I was 17 I had my first job at a fast food chain and became a service
crew there. At the age of 18 I became a customer service representative in one of the biggest
BPO company here in Cebu. When I was 19 i stopped working and pursue a college degree.

In the present time, I am a student of Cebu Technological University taking up the

course BSED major in English. Life as a college student wasn't easy for it has a lot of deadlines to
meet; researches over here and performances over there. But life goes on no matter what. I
am also currently a University Chorister in our school no matter how tight my schedule is, it is
because I want to live my music life despite the too much pressure and stress in academics. It
serves as an outlet for me to release stress and at the same time to improve myself. My life
right now might be bitter but who knows it would be sweet as honey in the future.
