towards its clients. It has grown itself from its humble beginning of starting as
a clothing company based in Colombo towards being a well reputed design
to delivery clothing manufacturer in the industry.

With the intentions of providing enhanced customer convenience Yarn

Clothing has evolved into a one stop shop for all apparel solutions. Our
capacity has developed significantly in recent years. Through monitoring
economic trends, training, quality assurance systems, improvements in
technology and plant equipment, our planning has paid-off and we’ve by
no means reached our limit. Our history has formed a stable base for our
future growth and development as we progress.
We are a design to delivery solution provider in terms of apparel and textile
manufacturing saying ownership to 2 manufacturing plants with over 100
employees involved in our operation.

OUR SERVICES
Dye Sublimation

Dye Sublimation is a process where dyes pigment are

printed onto a transfer medium and then applied to
the fabric or garment using heat and pressure.

This process allows the inks to fully penetrate the fabric

to create a permanent and full color image that has
no hand feel.

Dye Sublimation print can produce artworks in full

colour, high quality photographic print results and are
resistant to scratching or cracking.

Can be printed on polyester and Suitable for all over print

synthetic fabric

Screen print

Screen Print, as the name implies, use screens as

stencils for applying layers of inks onto the print
surface.

It is the most cost-effective method for having artwork

printed on garments in bulk with high quality results.

Screen Prints are very durable and last for a long time
even after multiple washes.

Each screen can only be used for 1 color at a time

and for artworks with more than 4 colors, screen-
printing will not be cost efficient due to the high set-
up costs of having screens made.

Can be printed on both natural and Up to 6 colors only

 Metallic foil screen print

Metallic Foil Screen Printing is similar to metallic inks

but with a shiny appearance.

It can only be printed on natural fabrics and have a

limitation of 1 color per artwork.

Foil print will fade over time with multiple washes as

they are applied using adhesives and foil.

All foil printed designs should be washed inside out to

prolong the longevity of the print.

Can be printed on cotton or other Not suitable for printing fine details or

Heat transfer print

Heat Transfer Prints are basically plastisol inks that are printed onto
transfer paper or vinyl and applied to a garment using heat and
pressure.

As heat transfer uses plastisol inks, there will be a thin layer than
can be felt by hand.

Can be printed on both natural and Suitable for sportswear fabrics,

synthetic fabrics photographic print and prints that has
more than 4 colors

 Embroidery – Direct on garment

Embroidery is the art of using thread or yarn to stitch

patterns on fabrics.

They are long lasting and offer a classy appearance

when applied on garments.

We offer machine embroidery using polyester

threads.

For small designs below 5 cm, embroidery is also not

recommended as it will not be eligible.

 1. DESIGN SUBMISSION AND STYLE CONFIRMATION

Our sales team will be getting In touch with you once the enquiry is made to
finalize your design and styles.

If a design is not available with the customer our design team will be able to
create it free of charge.

Once the design and the style is approved our team will quote the costing
required for sampling

1. SOURCING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Once our quote is approved we will require samples from the customer for
fitting and sizing references.

We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your
designs and will send them to you for selection

2. SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to
finalize your details and develop tech packs for your designs.

We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before
starting on the samples.

Please note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2

rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk
production.

 3. BULK PRODUCTION

Once all our samples are approved, we will commence on the bulk
production once we receive the approved sample set.

4. QUALITY CONTROL AND INSPECTION

When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will
inspect the products to ensure there are no issues.

The products will be individually packed and sealed in cartons, to be

ready for the shipping process.

5. SHIPPING

The final parts where we will help you handle the shipping paperwork
and arrange for the shipping of your products to your doorstep.

This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will
be required before we ship your products.
