Panel operating procedure for Disinfectant Tunnel.
Start up procedure: 1. Please ensure all wires are connected properly in their respective slots. 2. START push button on front is used to start pump for disinfectant liquid. 3. The pump is either controlled by Pre-set Timer (set as per requirement i.e. 5 sec, 10 sec, 20 sec), or by STOP button for break operation in middle. 4. Instead START button you can use either push button or bell switch for pump start-up operation. 5. Just connect the Bell switch to slot 9-10, and bell switch can be used as external START button. 6. Slot T1, T2 & T3 are used as power supply points for various electrical equipments such as light, exhaust fan etc. 7. Floaty is used to stop stop pump operation in case of low level of disinfectant liquid tank. 8. Common floaty wiring connection in panel as: For tank emptying operations, Slot: 11 (Black, NC) Slot: 12 (Blue wire, NO) Slot: 13 (Brown, COM) NOTE: The above wire color may change in different floaty but indication are always same i.e. COM, NO, NC. So please go through floaty wiring manual.
