RESEARCH
The Desert Eagle Publishing Book No.4 ‘Magach 6B Gal’ has some excellent
reference pictures of the tank on operations, including pictures of it working on some combat
bridges. So, an idea began to form in my mind of how I could display a model I had previously built
in an imaginative way. Could I incorporate the kit and a combat bridge into the base? I felt this might
be easier if the model was actually crossing the bridge, but that would then make quite a large base
wouldn’t it? Well no, not if I only used part of the bride and just one side of whatever it was crossing.
In fact, it would make quite a dramatic base for the model and also allow me to keep the base to a
reasonable size that is easily transportable for shows and displays.
