URDANETA CAMPUS
Urdaneta City

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

2018-2019

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Degree Name

The degree program described herein shall be called Bachelor of Science

in Electrical Engineering ( BSEE ).

Program Description:

Electrical Engineering is a profession that involves the conceptualization,

development, design and application of safe, healthy, ethical, economical
and sustainable generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of
electrical energy for the benefit of society and the environment through
the knowledge of mathematics, physical sciences, information technology
and other allied sciences, gained by study, research and practice in
Advanced Electrical System Design.

Electrical Engineering is one of the broader fields of the engineering

disciplines both in terms of the range of problems that fall within its
purview and in the range of knowledge required to solve these problems.

INSTITUTIONAL OUTCOMES

The Pangasinan State University Institutional Outcomes (PSU IO) are the
qualities that PSUnians must possess. These outcomes are anchored on the following core
values: Accountability and Transparency, Credibility and Integrity, Competence and
Commitment to Achieve, Excellence in Service Delivery, Social and Environmental
