Participants were asked as to what their expectations are and what they expect to gain from the activity.
What was measured was the Level of Knowledge on the Topics Decentralization and Local Governance, SK
History and Salient Features, Meetings and Resolutions, Planning and Budgeting, and Code of Conduct and
Ethical Standards.

Participants were asked to rate the activity based on Attainment of Objectives, Level of Knowledge,
Program Design and Management (Topic/Session and Method, Handouts/Materials and Other Instructional
Aid, Resource Speaker/Facilitator, Secretariat, Venue, Food) and Level of Satisfaction on the Activity.
Together with the level of Satisfaction on the activity, they were also asked to give a brief description on
how they benefited from the activity, the most useful aspect in the activity, and were also asked to give
suggestions on how activities like this can be improved in case something like this will be conducted in the
future.
