PERMANENT
STAFFING
SERVICES

The permanent staffing segment includes three distinct divisions-database


selection, advertised recruitment and turnkey recruitment services. We would
take on specific selective assignments based on a thorough understanding of the
job description, organizational culture and other critical attributes required for
the specific position. Staffbox Infotech Solutions activities would involve resume
aggregation from our databank, validation by way of preliminary interviews and
reference checks prior to the presentation of final candidates to the client. We
would maintain contact with the candidates till such times that join duty.
ADVERTISED
RECRUITMENTS

• Co-ordination for advertisement approval.

• Release of advertisement.

• Short listing the resumes.

• Conducting preliminary interviews.

• Coordinating final interviews. 

• Follow up on joining.
PROFESSIONAL CHARGES

• Rs.1500/- will be charged for fresher to 1 year of experienced candidates.

• Rs.2500/- will be charged for 1-2 years of experienced candidates.

• Rs.3500/-will be charged for 2-4 years of experienced candidates.

• 3% annual CTC will be charge 5-10 years of experienced candidates.


BILLS AND PAYMENT

Bills would be submitted to {client company name in bold} after joining of


candidates to the organization and the {client company name in bold} shall have
to make payment within a period of 15 working days.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Payment would be made by way of cheque or NEFT drawn in favor of the Staffbox
Infotech Solutions as mentioned on the Bill as well as on contract.
RELACEMENT AND TERMS

• Staffbox Infotech Solutions bears all of the costs related to candidates


sourcing, reference checks and advertising. 

• If any selected candidate quits the organization within a period of Sixty


Days from the date of joining, Staffbox Infotech Solutions will provide free
replacement within a period of 20 days from the date of separation. Failure
to which, refund of service charges (if already paid) is applicable.

• If the candidate will be asked to leave on integrity issue and non-


performance in a span of two months, a replacement within a period of 45
days would be provided by the Staffbox Infotech Solutions.
EMPLOYER BENEFITS

• The candidates would be according to the job description(JD) provided by


Employer, it means a thorough study of JD will be done by recruiter and a
format of screening interview questions would be asked to candidates and
after clearance of screening the candidates would be sent for interview to
the Employer.

• By this Employers’ work is reduced very much as Employer does not search
candidates by own, it will be work of Staffbox Infotech Solutions.

• Our work is to shortlist only those candidates for interview who are much
better and according to the JD provided by Employer. Adding more to this,
pin point filtered candidates would be sent for interview and surely it
reduces the hectic work of Employer.

• And finally as already explained about our replacement policy Staffbox


Infotech Solutions works in that situation too for its Clients.
