The conclusion that can be made based on the topic is the transformation stage of the

use of technology in education need to align with progress as a developing and advanced

country. The skills of using technology need to be reproduced again from all aspects such as

individual skills, promoting the use of technology among students, Internet access stage and

technological ease in school. The use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT)

in the field of education is very important because it helps the development of pupils

especially to understand the content of learning more clearly and easily besides the elements

that can attract interest and attention of students to focus on learning in addition can gain

knowledge in a more conducive and interesting atmosphere. This coincides with learning

theories such as behaviourism, cognitivism, constructivism and multiple intelligences.

In addition, the application of the existing technology applications need to be

enhanced in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Education which want to use

comprehensive technology in learning besides reducing paper usage and reducing student's

burden to bring books and holding school bag. Besides that, the Government is also required

to provide an Internet data facility that is suitable for the needs and has a good internet access

speed to reduce the burden and pressure of the teachers in order to achieve a quality form set

by the ministry.

Overall, it can be concluded that preparation to be a leader must be made neatly and

with high resilience, relevant thoughts and rationale and the ability to make quick and

accurate decisions. This is because in line with the development and innovation that occurs in

the field of education so encouraging. The level of education in Malaysia is now comparable

to the level of education in developing and advanced countries. As a leader must have

characters to be highlighted in the organization and have a target to be accomplished in an

organization. A good, motivated leader and have a roadmap can produce great generations in

the future. A good management and leadership can make a bright future for educational

quality.

In addition, the ministry needs to reassess every organization that is under its part to

align with the national education philosophy and to establish a form of guidelines that are in

the face of all schools and studies centres’ in Malaysia
