PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

MFI GHANA LIMITED – A technology company headquartered in Nairobi with a footprint


in 18 African countries. The Ghanaian subsidiary provides managed print services and
tech support to clients.

Sales Consultant – April 2019 – to date. 


 Gathered market intelligence and data on prospective clients, generated 50 leads


for my funnel. 

 Pitched product and services to 15 clients and successfully closed 5 of them
generating a total of 4000 USD for the company in my second quarter. 

 Built new client’s relationships, maintained and repaired relationships with
accounts which hitherto were plagued with grievances and outstanding debt.
 Successfully worked on retrieving approximately 20,000 USD of debt owed to
company in the first 6 months. 

 Trained 4 new hires for the sales team and became team lead of the corporate
sales section in my first year.

VOLTA REGIONAL HOSPITAL – The largest public healthcare delivery center in the Volta
region of Ghana.

National Service Personnel (Laboratory Intern) – September 2017- August 2018

 Appointed as a head for 85 service persons within the hospital facility and acted
as a liaison between management and service personnel.
 Interfaced with laboratory clients to receive test requests and resolved complaints
resulting in a 70% reduction in waiting times. 

 Provided education on various lab tests and health related subjects like diabetes
and sickle cell disease. This increased random sickle cell and blood group testing
by about 15%.

 Educated over 100 people and implemented a blood donation program in the last
6 months of my service tenure, resulting in a 20% jump in voluntary blood
donations among service personnel and random hospital attendees.
 Trained 60 National service personnel on personal development, and organized
resource persons to help train on First Aid, Microsoft Office Suite and Financial
literacy.
