6.1 Hardware specification

The selection of the hardware is very important in the existence

and proper functioning of any software, when selecting hardware, the
size and capacity requirements are also important.

Memory : 2 GB RAM
Hard Disk Drive : 50 GB
Key Board : 104 keys
Monitor : 15” SVGA Digital Color Monitor

6.2 Software specification

One of the most difficult tasks is selecting software; once the

system requirement is found then we have to determine whether a
particular software package fits for those system requirement. This
section summarizes the application requirements are as follows

CONCLUSION

This project is designed to meet the requirements of Online Hotel

Management. It has been developed in JSP, Servlets keeping in mind the
specifications of the system.
For designing the system we have used simple data flow diagrams.

Overall the project teaches us the essential skills like:

 Using system analysis and design techniques like data flow
diagram in designing the system.
 Understanding the database handling and query processing.
