SECRETARY REPORT

In the month of June, as a class secretary the first

thing I do was during the election of class officers I am the one
who assign to write the summarization of the votes in the
election of the class officers. Also starting that day Ms. Cleofe
May Sobiaco our adviser assigned me to monitor the attendance of
the Gr. 10 – Our Lady of Nativity.

For this month of July, as a class secretary I have a

work to be pass the narrative report for the IFP session in the
month starting June to July . But before that the SSG Secretary :
Mary Allaine Orandang called all the class secretaries because we
will have a meeting about what we will do everytime we had an IFP
Session and some meetings we will conduct a meetings inside the
classroom. She taught us how to make a narrative report .

In this month of August, as a class secretary I have

some works to do because this month we also have an IFP session
because of that I must make an narrative report about what we
talked about during that session. Also Ms. Sobiaco talked to me
because she want me to make a summarization of the attendance of
the Grade 10 – Our Lady of Nativity. Also she assigned me to
monitor the excused letter of those students who are absents. In
this month also we officers as long as our adviser are very busy
it is because we need to be prepared and ready in the upcoming
events during this month because this month we will celebrate the
Buwan ng Wika because of that this month have a lots of
activities.
