Rationale
Create a shader with a set of controllers to have a Material that could be integrated
and customized easily, controlling the Speed, Flow and Strength of the river, so will
be easy Set the river between states like very calm or a more aggressive movement.
The use of the Sin function in conjunction of the world Position coordinates of the
vertices is the key to simulate that movement.
