1. Non refundable participation fees of Rs.6000.00+4%VAT and EMD amount
Rs.35500.00 in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Managing Director, OTDC Ltd. are to be enclosed with the tender documents failing which the tender will be summarily rejected. The last date of receiving the tender is up to 3.00 p.m. of 02.02.2011

4. The bidder must be a registered manufacturer/ dealer of Modular Kitchen
Equipment. The attested photo copy of the same will have to be enclosed with Tender Paper. 5. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof. 6. For the purpose of jurisdiction in the event of dispute if any contract should be deemed to have entered into within the State of Orissa and it is agreed that, neither party to the contractor nor the agreement will be competent to bring a suit in regard to the matters covered by the contractor at any place outside the State of Orissa. 7. Price and conditions of offer should remain valid for a period of one year from date of acceptance of the tender. The validity can be extended on mutual consent. 8. Warranty: The warrantee period for the Equipment must be Five years from the installation of these. The supplier shall rectify any defect, or replace the system if required during the period of warranty without any extra cost. The original guarantee certificate of the manufacture shall be submitted along with the bill. 9. Payment: Payment will be made after successful supply & installation of the Equipment at respective Panthanivas and following deduction shall be made from the bills. a) Security- 5% to be kept withheld during the guarantee period. b) Income Tax – as applicable
