I am Joahnna Paula P. Corpuz (2015086638), an incoming first year student at the

University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Civil Law. The undersigned is currently employed
in the Department of National Defense-Philippine Veterans Affairs Office as a
Researcher, on weekdays (Monday to Friday), from 8 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock
in the afternoon.

The purpose of this letter is to ask for your permission to shift in a working section. I am
hereby requesting your good office to allow me to enroll in a working section for the
school year 2020-2021.
