    REQUIREMENTS FOR FAULTY MATERIAL RETURN

    Dear customer,
    herewith you can find procedure to return us faulty material :

    RETURN REQUIREMENTS
    • Fill out, in all parts, the return request on the E-commerce area
    (If not done, this will be cause the refuse return without comunication)

    • Specify in more detail the reason return


    (We will not accept general reasons – for example faulty, broken, not in compliance etc – if not done,
    this will be cause the refuse return without comunication)

    • Packaging must be suitable for the part return carriage.

    Charges could be expected for technical analysis and communicated in the return authorization.
    Faulty returns, as expected in the return authorization, will be send with carrier choose by us and at
    our charge.
