Dissolves the size of hydrocarbon molecules in fuel (Heavy oil, diesel,
gasoline or bio-diesel) and changes the molecular structure to finely
dispersed particles. Thus the oxygen molecules can be easier to react with
the converted fuel molecules and burn more completely in the fuel
combustion process. Furthermore, as results to increase the fuel efficiency
and reduce the emission of un-burn or partially burnt molecules from the
engine exhausts.

Wash exposed area with soap and water and rinse well.
Flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Fire Fighting Measures
Requires source of ignition, presence of air and a temperature greater than
the flashpoint.
Use carbon dioxide, water fog, alcohol foam, dry chemical (preferred).
Normal fire fighting procedures may be used.
Combustion can produce carbon monoxide and dioxides. Exposing product
to intense heat could cause drums to rupture.
Accidental Release Measures
Clean up spills promptly. Surface can be slippery. Treat as an oil spill. For
small spills, absorb on inert material (clay, sand, dirt, etc). For large spills,
contain approved container. Observe recommended control measures.
