English Assignment: Interview Questions

(By Om Chaphekar, ARTS-B, SYJC, Roll No-254)

Greetings, Mr. Sandeep Mishra. It’s an honor to interview an

up and coming star such as yourself. Naturally, I’ve prepared
an adequate series of questions, so let us commence post-
haste:

1. So, do tell me Mr. Mishra, what compelled you about

singing or what drew you to it in particular? Was it
always a long-time passion or simply a newly discovered
hobby?

2. How does it feel to receive such overwhelming support

and recognition from your fans? Would you consider it
among your biggest achievements?

3. Naturally, pursuing an artistic course in life is much

frowned upon. What kind of obstacles or resistance
were you faced with? Were you ever, at any point,
discouraged from your craft by others?

4. Many people firmly believe that the world can only

sustain with medicine and engineering, practical careers
more or less, and that there is no place for arts in the
world. What do you feel that art contributes to the
world, which sciences cannot?

5. What drives your passion the most or compels you to be

your best and strive for excellence in your craft?
6. What would you have done if singing were a forbidden
route for you in life? Would you have pursued another
career?

7. Has there ever been a role model in your life, who’s

helped you overcome every hardship and motivated you
to keep pushing boundaries? If so, who is it?

8. At such a young age, you’re already a music sensation in

your area, beloved and supported by all. What are big
plans for the future and what do you hope to achieve in
life?

9. I’m sure our readers would appreciate some words of

wisdom or motivation from an aspiring artist such as
yourself. What would you like to say to other young
singers, who are hoping to break into the music world?

Thank you, Mr. Mishra for your insightful views and

motivational words. It’s certainly been an enlightening
session.
