The calibration curve was linear with an R2 value of 0.9983. The limit of detection was determined to be 1.26 μg/mL and the limit of quantification was 4.20 μg/mL. System suitability tests met acceptance criteria with retention time, tailing factor and plate count RSDs all below 2%, 0.2 and 1000, respectively. A quality control check standard at 29.85 μg/mL analyzed at 101.2-101.8% recovery.
