Since the attached Contract Agreement having been approved, we are issuing to you this Notice
to Proceed with the Consulting Services for the abovestated which shall be effective on the date
of your receipt of this Notice.

You shall perform the Services under this Contract in accordance with the provisions of the
Contract Agreement and its Annexes, including the Conditions of Contract, Terms of Reference,
and your Technical and Financial Proposals as accepted by us.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Notice by signing both copies thereof in the
space provided below. Keep one copy and return the other to us.
