TBT shall be conducted for personnel about hazards presence in GRP water tank lamination associated
works. Close supervision shall be required at all time.
All works throughout the period of work being carried out and therefore, must be followed in accordance
with applicable local and Federal Legislations.
Main contractor HSE plans & procedures must be adhered at all times.
Ensure proper cable management in line with DCHD HSSE standards
Suitable fire extinguisher shall be ensured in accordance with the fire load.
Power tools to be operated by authorised/trained operatives only
All PMV & Electrical equipment’s (Including supplier/vendor’s) shall be inspected & certified safe for use
prior to deploying at site.
Ensure hazardous waste materials are disposed correctly according to the Municipality regulation and a
disposal records are documented
MSDS & COSHH to be part of MSRA
All personnel including operators / drivers shall be inducted on project specific HSE requirements prior to
entering to site.
Ensure people shall be aware of established emergency response procedures

Provision of suitable rescue and resuscitation equipment are in place (Especially First-aid kit and eye wash
station)
Where such equipment’s are provided for use, training of rescuers in their correct operation is essential
Provide sufficient Lighting / illumination in the work area
Ensure all electrical equipment's and panel (include SMDB, DB, MDB & control panel) must have a proper
earth connection.
Before a confined space entry or work begins, potential hazard evaluation shall be conducted and a work
permit shall be issued and signed by a competent person designated by the contractor to authorize entry.
Ensure all employees who are required to enter confined spaces or act as entry supervisors or attendants,
and rescue members shall be trained to acquire the skills and procedures necessary for safe performance of
their responsibilities while working in the confined space
