1 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Section 9.4: All items must be secured with Ratchet belt while shifting from the ground Open

2 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Section 9.5: Ladders should not be used in balcony area and also, the balcony area Open
ARC-00016 must be covered with the green net from the above level up to the level below where
work is ongoing, in order to stop falling of loose materials from the work location.
3 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Section 9.5: Two tier activities should not be allowed while working from the Cradles Open
ARC-00016 and also, the area at ground level must be barricaded with adequate signage and a
watch man must be available in order to control the unauthorised access.
4 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Section 9.5: The Contractor must complete the TBT before starting of the work on daily Open
ARC-00016 basis, daily inspection checklist of the Cradles to be completed and necessary PTW to
be obtained before starting of the activity.
5 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Section 9.6: The Contractor must ensure that 100% tie off must be there when workers Open
ARC-00016 are working near by the leading edge and fall protection equipment’s must be regularly
inspected before using on site.
6 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Section 12.5: Hard hats must be worn with Chin straps particularly while working at Open
ARC-00016 height from the Scaffolds and Cradles. Also, ensure that project mandatory PPE as per
the Client requirements must be followed.
7 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Risk Assessment 06: The Contractor must ensure that trained third party certified rigger Open
ARC-00016 must be available with proper radio or signal communication system with the crane
operator and also, the slew radius must be barricaded with required signage.
8 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Risk assessment 08: The mobile tower scaffolds used in the balcony must be secured Open
ARC-00016 with the sealing by jacks.
9 SSH/Rao 16052-TGC-MTH- Risk assessment 12: Tool lanyards must be used when working at high levels with hand Open
