1. Assalamualaikum ma’am, it’s my pleasure to introduce myself. I am Junaid Bhuiyan, as
you see on my CV; I have completed my undergrad from East West University. My
University helps me to develop the skills and knowledge that employers need. Our
University teaches us not only in theoretically but also in practically. There are an event
in our marketing course called”Learning Business by Doing Business”, Where I had to
face real challenge for making a sales. It help me a lot to know about what sales is, how
it works and how to build strong customer relationship in real life. My university helps
me to think out of the box. That’s why it is possible for me to become winner of most
creative award of “EWU management Project Exhibition 2017”. If university is way
of developing my skill than University club is a platform where I learn lot of thing to
develop myself. I was the associated member of very renowned club “East West
University Business Club” (EWUBC) Where my biggest experience is “Career clinic
2018” and “Briefcase2019”. Briefcase was an interuniversity Business competition and
Career clinic provide the students a better knowledge about their career and creating a
platform for them where they could evaluate themselves. From those events I learn lot
about corporate culture and employee. In both events, I worked as organizer, specifically
work for EWUBC videography team. In my student life, always I tried to become a self
reliant person. So that I took training on Digital marketing like SEO, social media
marketing, webpage development and then work as a freelancer at “Brandraz”
company. If I talk about my hobby, than music is my passion and emotion. I love to play
Guitar and sing with my heart. Guitar helps me to become an extrovert and talkative
from an introvert person. Everyone loves music, So It reduces communication gap and
help me to build relationship and build my own fan base or community easily.
That’s all about me, thank you ma’am.
2. It’s true that sales job requires lots of hard work and patience. But I chose a sales career
because sales are one of the few professions where your hard work, strategic thinking,
thorough preparation and perpetual action, literally pays off. It’s fun and at times
frustrating, challenging, lucrative and rewarding work for an employee. I strongly
believe that hard work pays off most of the time and I love to take challenge and I feel
uncomfortable until the challenge is won by me. As it is match with my personality so
there is less possibility that I will not get bored from my job. In my university life, I
used to love that corporate executive like CEO, MD, CFO, Sales director are my idol. So
I wanted to be like them all the time and follow their activity and found that most chief
executive and senior manager started their career or at least spent some period of their
career in sales. So its inspire me to choose my career at sales.
As I said I have worked for a digital marketing agency so I have experience of dealing with
various kind of customer from all over the world and I can also handle the stress of the job.
As there were both Bangladeshi and foreign customer, this job help me to increase my
communication skill, so that I can use this in future. In my part time job I have to search
customer for my company, I always try to make contact people through online market place,
try to listen them and understand their problem or need and then come with best possible
solution for them.
We all know that at online platform we have to make bid or bargain over and over with our
competitor to find work from our target customer. To convince them I had some strategy like,
always I tried to adapt win-win situation and pay more attention on selling benefit rather than
product, I used to present my plan properly and I use demonstration, question or other method
while approaching and offer them after sales service. So, that they choose me for their work.
Now based on my past experience, I can say that I am good fitted for sales job.
