 Because of the decided work time that isn’t able to I think that the solution the article has proposed was a
match a certain person’s body time, it can cause good one since it is an efficient way to boost the worker’s
multiple stress that may lead to fatigue most of all and health and performance at the same time. I also think that
other health related issues that may lead to a downfall of they should add counseling/ personal interviews from
that person’s productivity, efficiency or its overall time to time in order to understand the problems that are
performance which not only affects the workspace but holding them back more which may affect the teams
also other workers who are also struggling to carry their productivity and not only gives a deeper understanding to
efficiently. one but also can give the worker a clearer mind to be able
to rest well for a more productive work in the future.
