These are the minutes of the meeting of the GCT-SSC Officers:

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) asked about the GCT PALARO.

Raphael Benasa (GCT-SSC President) answered that we need man power.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) said that we must create committees for the parade, day
1-3 of the Palaro.

Raphael Benasa (GCT-SSC President) said that he will create committees later.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) asked about Flow of Parade.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) asked about the float that will be used by the candidates
for Mr. & Ms. GCT Palaro 2018.

Rachel Mae N. Mellizas (GCT-SSC Vice President) said that we need 1 more pickup.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) said we need to find 1 pickup and she asked if who
knows someone who have pick up.

Rachel Mae N. Mellizas (GCT-SSC Vice President) said that she knows someone.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) asked about the uniform of teams.

Physche T. Dela Torre (President of Civil Engineering Department) said that the basketball team of Cehgs
Team will have jersey uniforms.

Lyca R. Rentillo (Representative of Accountancy Department) said that the Basketball Team of
Accountancy Team will have also jersey uniforms.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) said that we need to think about it because the students
already have a lot of payments so we need to find ways to lessen their expenses.
Physche T. Dela Torre (President of Civil Engineering Department) said that it’s okay to the players to
have additional payment.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) said, but still we need to think about it.

Physche T. Dela Torre (President of Civil Engineering Department) just agreed.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) asked about the committees of every team.

Physche T. Dela Torre (President of Civil Engineering Department) said she will create committees for
our team later.

Lyca R. Rentillo (Representative of Accountancy Department) said that she will also create later.

Engr. Jolenie I Hing (Head of Academic Council) said, how about the Ceims and Combat team?

Via A. Alitre (Representative of BA Department) said that she created committees but not yet done.
