My typical food is fish, since childhood I have loved eating fish in all possible ways, my
grandmother is always the one who prepares us the delicious sweaty fish, it looks
phenomenal.
The most important thing is that fish is one of the many foods that has protein, excellent
for the human being since protein is used by our body for the formation of muscles,
tendons, tissues and organs. In addition to being part of the development of enzymes,
