Offence under Sec. 457, 380 IPC.

May it please your honour,

1. That the petitioners are arraigned Accused in the above said case and
they have been falsely implicated in the above said case by the respondent
police with false allegation of theft in dwelling, house, and,
petitioners/Accused was taken custody on PT warrant and produced before
thisHon’ble court on 26-02-2020. Now the petitioners are in judicial
custody.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested by the police PT, warrant
under cc footage that the petitioners are movingnear by the house of the
defacto complainant. Facts of the case are that the petitioner is set to have
theft.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner /accused herein are innocent and the
petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence and the entire
allegations made against them are false, baseless and concocted. The
petitioner denies the same.

4. It is submitted that the police Bhongir showing that property was

recovered in the said case and also material witnesses were examined and
the entire investigation might have been completed and since
26-02-2020he have been in judicial custody.

5. It is submitted that the petitioners hail from respectable poor families

and they are only bread earners of their family and they have nothing to do
with the alleged offence and they are in no way indulged in commission of
offence and respondent police is falsely implicated and shown the recovery
of the property.

6. It is submitted that the petitioner are ready to abide by any conditions

that may be imposed by this Hon:ble court and also ready to furnish
sufficient sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon:ble court.

7. This is First bail petition filing and first bail. IT IS THEREFORE PRAYED,
that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to enlarge the bail,to the petitioner/
accused and pass such other order or orders as deems fit and proper to
the satisfaction of the court and he is ready to face any condition if imposed
in the interest of justice.
