PAK combines the giving power of an emitter to release metal-protecting VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitor) with
the take-away-moisture abilities of a desiccant. The result is what we call the “deadly-duo of rust prevention”—

The ARMOR SMARTY PAK was developed for use in environments where both moisture control and vapor
corrosion inhibitors are required to adequately protect metal from rust and corrosion. SMARTY PAKs are one
part ARMOR VCI Nanotechnology™ (our “secret formula” for vapor corrosion inhibitor to protect metal) and
one part desiccant (to adsorb moisture). In simplest terms, SMARTY PAKs provide two-in-one rust prevention.

The ARMOR SMARTY PAK is a super-charged, multi-tasking, rust-preventing power
house that simultaneously adsorbs moisture and emits VCI to form a protective
shield on the surface of metal. What makes this PAK so smart? A specialty desiccant
designed to adsorb moisture faster and hold on to it even at high temperatures,
combined with ARMOR’s rust-eradicating VCI. Smarter yet, SMARTY PAKS are
available in three sizes, deliver multi-metal protection, and they are non-dusting
and lint-free making them ideal for use in applications where fibrous packaging
materials are not allowed.
