 Coordinate, supervise, promote, implement, and evaluate recreation, leisure, and special event programs and services for
the community; establish and maintain schedules and methods for recreation activities and special events; implement
policies and procedures.
 Assist in creating Front Desk and Facility Rental operations and processes for the new Crown Valley Community Center.
 Participate in the development, administration, and monitoring of the assigned program budgets; oversee the front desk
operations and administration division’s budget.
 Created and inputted all facility backend information for the Crown Valley Community Center and Laguna Niguel Aquatics
Center into ActiveNet. Schedule and track facility use and events in Facility Management module for both facilities.
 Created a rentals revenue projections report of the upcoming budget year 2020-2021 for City Council.
